We recommend that you wait about 5 days between menstruation periods to allow healing and prevent any irritation of the vagina. While the Serré Stick will not cause harm to the women’s body, many experience increased sensitivity during and after menstruation, and should avoid using the tightening wand.
Does using this product interfere with the effectiveness of the Nuvaring for birth control?
It is safe to use the Serré Stick 3 months after Nuvaring application if no other health complications arise. It will not interfere in the effectiveness of the Nuvaring or other contraceptives in terms of birth control.
